Responsabilities

- Ensure the reception, control, encoding, and storage of goods

- Inventory stock and implement effective management procedures

- Plan and coordinate shipments to B2B and B2C customers from our various warehouses

- Optimize delivery routes to minimize transportation costs

- Collaborate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely deliveries

- Prepare and verify shipping documents and customs declarations if necessary

- Maintain records of goods movement and tracking documents

- Manage the after-sales service (SAV) part of logistics in our support service

- Handle carrier dispute resolution

Profile

- Mastery of tax and legal rules related to transportation, as well as good knowledge of customs regulations

- Proficiency in English and French, any additional language is appreciated

- Mastery of inventory management software tools. Any mastery of Odoo inventory and logistics modules is a plus

- Driver + Forklift license

- You have a good analytical and synthesis skills

- You are autonomous and have good interpersonal skills

- You master negotiation keys and techniques
