Responsabilities

- Identify, contact, and develop new clients in French, English, and Italian-speaking markets

 

Present our products convincingly and tailored to the specific needs of each client

 

- Negotiate commercial terms and conditions to achieve set sales targets

 

- Ensure effective follow-up of existing clients and respond to their inquiries, quotes, and technical support requests

 

-Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, technical, and logistics departments, to ensure efficient coordination of commercial activities

- Share customer feedback and relevant information to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products

Profile

- Possessing good interpersonal skills and anticipation abilities, you know how to persuade your interlocutor

 

- You are proactive and persuasive and listen to your clients

 

- Your ability to handle stress is proven, as is your affinity for numbers

 

- University degree in commerce, marketing, or a related field

 

- Professional experience of at least three years in a similar position

 

Fluent in French, English, and Italian, both orally and in writing


Strong communication and negotiation skills


- Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment


- Knowledge of Odoo ERP would be an advantage


- Familiarity with manga licenses would be a plus


- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
