Responsabilities

- Execution of daily tasks, (scheduling appointments, meals...)

 

- Preparation of meetings and reports

 

- Assistance with administrative management of various files

 

- Follow-up and reporting on project progress

 

- Preparation of business trips and appointments

Profile

- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position

 

- Excellent mastery of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

 

- Good mastery of the Adobe suite

 

- Fluent in French and English, knowledge of other languages ​​would be an asset

 

- Drawing skills and/or good knowledge of Zbrush

 

- Good communication and organizational skills

 

- Flexibility and availability (frequent business trips)


- Discretion required
