What is changing for future packaging
To best meet your expectations, we are announcing the end of commercialization for the "Display Set" accessories. Purists can rest assured: the Crystal will still be included to preserve the full authenticity of the piece.
This major choice, directly driven by your feedback, will allow us to make a very positive transformation to our packaging:
-Tailor-made boxes: The single format imposed by the size of the base is a thing of the past. Packaging will now be optimized and perfectly adapted to the dimensions of each statue.
- Maintaining the right price: Faced with the reality of current shipping costs, this logistical optimization is a major asset. It allows us to protect your purchasing power and stay strictly within the price ranges initially announced.
- Faster deliveries: Optimized boxes mean more pieces loaded per container. Production batches can therefore be larger, which will considerably shorten delivery times. Furthermore, accessory manufacturing will no longer factor into production timelines. Since these were handled by external companies and not our own factories, it could previously cause delays.
By adjusting these details together, we are ensuring that the collection remains accessible, quick to arrive at your doorstep, and as spectacular as ever.
