Contest Rules
“Okarun Ikigai Contest – Okarun’s Golden Orbs”
Article 1 – Organizer
The company Tsume Art Sàrl, whose registered office is located at ZI Rolach, Bâtiment Tracol, L-5280 Sandweiler, Luxembourg, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”, is holding a contest entitled “Okarun Ikigai Contest – Okarun’s Golden Orbs”.
Article 2 – Duration
The contest is open during the pre-order period of Okarun.
Any participation submitted outside this period will not be considered.
Article 3 – Conditions of participation
The contest is open to any natural person aged 18
years and older.
Participation requires the purchase of an Okarun Ikigai statue on the
official website
www.tsume-art.com
.
Excluded from participation:
- Employees of the Organizer and their families,
- Partners and service providers involved in organizing the contest.
Article 4 – How to participate
Two golden orbs have been randomly hidden inside two Okarun Ikigai statue boxes.
- Each participant who has placed an order on www.tsume-art.com will receive their statue in standard packaging.
- If a participant discovers a golden orb inside their box, they must notify Tsume via the brand’s social media channels or through the support tab on our website, providing their order number and a photo of the orb.
Article 5 – Selection of winners
The two participants who receive a box containing a golden orb will be
declared winners.
The winners are determined solely by the random placement of the golden orbs
during packaging and shipping.
Article 6 – Prizes
Each winner will receive:
- A full refund of their Okarun Ikigai order in the form of store vouchers (several vouchers with a maximum value of €100 each) valid on the website www.tsume-art.com .
- Indicative value of the prize: €500 incl. VAT.
The vouchers will be sent by e-mail and will be valid for 24 months.
The total voucher amount will equal the invoiced amount paid by the customer.
If the winner purchased Okarun Ikigai with a discount applied, the discount
will be deducted from the voucher value.
Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be converted into cash.
Article 7 – Liability
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or amend the
contest if circumstances require it (force majeure, technical issues, fraud,
etc.).
The Organizer cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or
deterioration of vouchers delivered electronically.
Article 8 – Personal data
The data collected (name, surname, email, order number) is required for the
management of the contest.
This information is intended exclusively for the Organizer, in compliance with
the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Each participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their personal data by contacting Tsume’s customer service.
Article 9 – Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.
