Missions :
- Identify, contact and develop new clients across French-speaking and English-speaking markets - Present our products in a compelling way, tailored to each client's specific needs - Negotiate terms and commercial conditions to meet defined sales targets - Ensure effective follow-up with existing clients and respond to their inquiries, quote requests and technical support needs - Work closely with internal teams including marketing, technical and logistics departments, to ensure smooth coordination of commercial activities - Share client feedback and relevant insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of our products.
Profile :
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to anticipate needs,you know how to convince your counterpart - Proactive, persuasive, and genuinely client-focused - Proven ability to work under pressure with a solid analytical mindset - University degree in business, marketing, or a related field - At least five years of professional experience in a similar role - Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken -Strong communication and negotiation skills - Previous experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment - Knowledge of Odoo ERP would be a plus - Familiarity with manga licenses would be an asset - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
