TFD5 - I did receive an e-mail from you, but when I log in, I do not see the product(s) I badged at the event added to the cart?

Once added to your cart, the product is available and is reserved for you personally for a strict period of 24 hours

Once this period has passed, the product is automatically put on sale on our site. As long as parts remain available on the site, you can easily place an order through the product page. 

We strongly recommend you not to wait too much! Once the number of pieces has been sold, we will unfortunately no longer be able to respond to your request.
