Prices displayed do not include VAT

The display of VAT has changed on our website Tsume-art. By now, the prices are indicated excluding VAT on the product sheets. The tax, relating to the country of receipt, will be added to the amount of the product before payment, once the item has been inserted into the shopping cart and the delivery address entered. When purchasing, you will therefore see the final price of the product, including VAT.

Remark

According to new EU customs regulations, in exceptional cases, you may be required to pay VAT upon receipt of your order, under the laws of your country. In this case, please contact our support service in order to obtain a refund of the amount paid as VAT.

Development and shift for Tsume
Tsume has grown, hired and changed its workflow to turn a corner and become more and more professional. Has you may know if you have stumbled upon one of the interviews Cyril Marchiol gave during Japan Expo, Tsume is going through a major moment of its young history. In merely two years, we succeeded in creating enthusiasm and expectations. In order to meet these expectations, we have undergone a lot of changes, a few of them have external results you can already see.

More people to do the work

2013 will be a very challenging year and we will have a lot of projects during. That?s why Tsume as hired twice as much people as last year to be sure to get the work done the best way. Each new person is bringing his know-how and his motivation so we can achieve the statue the closest to perfection.

An unavoidable schedule revision

With all the new restraints and objectives, even knowing we would create frustration among the fans, we had to change our schedule. We know you are as eager as we are to see the statues, however we also know your level of expectations. To match them, we created new internal protocols, changed our workflow and the Quality Control as it was meant to be. However, this process is hard to set up. Here are the new timesheet:
  • Fairy Tail HQF: October/November
  • Maka : October
  • Deidara / Byakuya : November/December
  • Naruto / Saga : January/February 2013
Of course, the list of changes is still going but it is too soon to reveal everything. You will know more of this of course on HQB or Facebook. We thank you sincerely for your flawless support and we are sure you will fully appreciate all these sacrifices and waiting when you see them bear their fruits by getting the actual statues.
