Part of the team was in China to control our ongoing productions. We will post regular updates on the blog to share with you what we checked there.

A  complete production update will be published later this month. If we didn't mention some products yet, don't  worry, they will come up in another post.

Saitama

The first production wave was under assembly and checking phase during our visit. The deliveries of this month will not be shipped to our Western customers. We need to send the products to an area near the factory so we can act quickly on potential feedbacks. This is a first delivery sampling to allow us to react quickly in case of eventual issue. If the delivery is comforting us as we think it will, we will be able to maintain the delays on the upcoming months.

Production lines are at an advanced stage.

We are really glad of the painting level reached by the factory, we can’t wait for the product to arrive at your home.


Ace 

The production is going on as planned, last customers will be delivered within the announced delays. Ace was one of the biggest challenge of the company, due to the complexity of the product with the LEDs and the engineering, but also to the 4.000 pieces run which represents a considerable challenge in factory. Ace was a real success through the whole world, we want to warmly thank all customers who, by their trust, helped us to make this product an achievement.

Regarding the after-sale service, the few breakages we witnessed are generally on the arm or the chain. Don’t worry and please open directly a ticket with clear pictures of your breakage, so that our teams will be able to handle your case and to ship you a replacement piece. All tickets will be processed, though the delays of answer depend on the workload of our teams, please be patient if you don’t get an answer immediately.
