Stellenbeschreibung:

Wir suchen einen Art Director mit Leidenschaft für Manga und japanische Universen, der die visuelle Ausrichtung unserer Projekte leitet. Sie gewährleisten die künstlerische Kohärenz all unserer Reihen und Produkte und arbeiten dabei eng mit unseren Teams aus Bildhauerei, Design, Prototyping, Marketing und Produktion zusammen.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

Define and carry the overall artistic vision of Tsume's projects
Supervise visual concepts, from the initial sketch to the final product
Mentor and inspire a team of creatives (illustrators, sculptors, graphic designers, etc.)
Ensure artistic quality and consistency in line with the DNA of our manga licenses
Stay continuously up to date with artistic and cultural trends, particularly within the manga world

Anforderungsprofil:

Significant experience (5+ years) in an art direction role, ideally in the entertainment, video game, animation, or figurine industry
In-depth knowledge of manga culture, Japanese licenses, and their visual codes
Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
Skills in design, illustration, and a solid understanding of 3D constraints (knowledge of 3D software such as ZBrush is a plus)
Leadership, creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
